As Owner’s Engineer

- for projects implemented on EPC basis
  • Preparation of bid specifications, bid review, analysis and purchase recommendation leading to selection of the EPC Contractor
  • Project management services on behalf of Owner including contract management, quality assurance, inspection, expedition and site supervision.
  • Review of the design/drawings prepared and submitted by the EPC Contractor for various civil, mechanical, electrical and control & instrumentation works
  • Co-ordination between vendors, contractors and consultants
  • Assistance to Owner in the engineering of facilities/works not covered in the EPC package such as raw water supply, fuel supply system up to power plant battery limits, plant improvement, etc.

As Architect Engineer

- for projects implemented on non-EPC basis
  • Concepts and basic engineering
  • Procurement assistance covering preparation of tender specifications with bid purpose drawings, review and analysis of bids, participation in bid clarification / bid adjudication meetings and purchase recommendations for the selection of vendor(s)/contractor(s)
  • Detailed design and engineering
  • Review and approval of drawings and documents submitted by the vendor/contractor
  • Inspection/expediting services
  • Site services which includes supervision of construction, erection, start-up and commissioning
  • Project management services
